The Maio family has been working in the bespoke catering sector since 1976. This was the year in which the Hotel and Restaurant La Bettola was founded in Carisio, located between Biella and Vercelli. It is still a symbol of high quality, typical Piedmontese cuisine today, skilfully combining tradition and new trends in Italian food preparation. The Maio group began to develop when brothers Alessandro and Massimo chose to join their parents in the business.
